Advanced Pistol and Close Quarters Defense Course

Jimmy,
I just wanted to drop you a quick line to tell you how much I learned, enjoyed, and appreciated the CQSD course this weekend. The course was very well thought out, logical, and flowed smoothly. The range set up, safety precautions, and access to instructors were excellent. As I have come to expect, your ability to teach is as masterful as your highly developed shooting skills and your real life experience and anecdotes make learning fun for all students regardless of experience level. I plan to make this course a regular part of my firearms training. I am always excited and pumped up after one of your classes and I look forward to new training experiences as you grow your business.
Best regards,
D.L.

This extensive and intense 1 day course will provide you with the tools to become a safer, more responsible, and more proficient self defense handgun shooter.
The classroom portion of this course begins with a review of firearms safety, proper marksmanship techniques, and equipment evaluation and inspection.
Students will then travel to the Virginia Pistol student range where they will stay for the remainder of the day.
Student time at the range will begin with practicing basic handgun marksmanship skils, then progress to developing proper presentation (drawing) techniques and will be practiced in both dry and live fire!
The course curriculum was derived from ALL of my training as a NRA Certified Advanced Personal Protection Instructor, from the factory Glock Handgun Instructors Workshop (law enforcement techniques), firearms training I received as a law enforcement officer, as well as 13 years of law enforcement experience.
Learning, practicing and perfecting the skills taught in this course will help you increase your handgun shooting skills and dramatically increase your chance of survival in a violent encounter! Please review everything contained in this course below. I hope to see you in a future course.
Sincerely,
Jim Johnson
